These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Betravon ("Service"), operated by Betravon ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Service. By using Betravon, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

Betravon provides a sports prop analytics platform that aggregates publicly available player prop lines from multiple sportsbooks, displays historical game performance data, and surfaces statistical edges and middle opportunities. The Service is informational only and does not constitute sports betting advice, financial advice, or any form of gambling service.

3. Account Registration

• You must sign in to access the full Service. You can sign in with Google, with Apple, or with a one-time code or link sent to your email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• A free tier is available with limited features, including pick tracking capped at 3 saved picks. Pro features require a paid subscription at the price shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions started on our website include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. In the iOS app, a free trial is offered only where Apple shows that your Apple ID is eligible for one, on the terms shown at purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time. A subscription started on our website is cancelled through your account settings. A subscription bought in the iOS app is managed and cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments made on our website are processed by Stripe. Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID. We do not store your full payment details.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law. Refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple under its own policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without prior written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access our APIs or backend systems without authorization.
• Resell, redistribute, or create derivative products from our data without a commercial license.
• Use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where sports betting analytics platforms are prohibited.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free trial limitations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Betravon — including the software, UI, branding, and compiled data presentations — is owned by or licensed to Betravon. Raw sports statistics are sourced from third-party providers and remain their property. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF INACCURACIES. SPORTS DATA MAY BE DELAYED, INCOMPLETE, OR INCORRECT. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETRAVON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY LOSSES FROM SPORTS WAGERING DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON OUR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Betravon harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service links to third-party sportsbooks and data providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
