Email support@betravon.com from the address on your account and tell us what you were doing when the problem happened. A screenshot helps.

Signing in

In the iPhone app you can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a six-digit code we email you. A code works for ten minutes and allows five tries. You can ask for a new code once a minute. If no email arrives, check your spam folder and that the address is spelled correctly.

Your subscription

Subscribed in the iPhone app

Apple bills you and manages the subscription. To change or cancel it, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Open your Account page and use Manage subscription. If you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.

Pro is missing after you paid

In the iPhone app, tap any padlock to open the upgrade screen, then tap Restore Purchases. If you subscribed on the website, sign in to the app with the same email address.

Deleting your account

Open the Account tab and choose Delete account. This removes your account and your saved picks, and cancels a subscription bought on betravon.com. If Apple bills your subscription, cancel it in Settings as well, because we cannot cancel that one for you.

What Betravon is

Betravon shows the lines that sportsbooks, pick'em apps and prediction markets post, with statistics and our own projections. It does not take bets, hold money or place wagers for you. Lines change quickly, so check the operator's own site before you bet. You must be 21 or older.
