Questions about pricing
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free needs an email and nothing else, never asks for a card, and doesn't expire.
How does the free trial work?
Pro starts with 7 days free. You add a card at checkout but aren't charged until the trial ends, and we email you before it does. Cancel from your account in one click before then and you pay nothing.
What is the founding price?
The first 20 paying members get Pro at $29.99 a month (or $299.90 a year) instead of $49.99, and keep that price for as long as they stay subscribed. The count updates live on this page.
Monthly or yearly?
Yearly costs less over twelve months and locks your price for the year. Monthly members can switch to yearly from their account once their trial is over, with credit for the unused part of the month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. If you only need a break, you can pause Pro for one or two months instead and keep your price.
Do I get a refund?
We don't refund partial billing periods (except where the law requires it), which is why the trial is free. If something went wrong with a charge, reply to any Betravon email and we'll sort it out.
Is the iPhone app included?
Yes. Pro covers the website and the iPhone app. If you subscribe inside the app, Apple bills you and you manage it in your iPhone's settings.
